Our primary focus is STD testing, treatment, and HIV prevention, but we’re passionate about holistic sexual wellness. Additional services we provide include: –
Exposure Consults: Worried about a recent risky encounter? We offer quick consults to assess if
you might need PEP (Post-Exposure Prophylaxis) – the “morning-after” emergency treatment for HIV. Time is critical for PEP (must be started within 72 hours of exposure), so please call us or seek emergency care immediately if you think you need PEP. We can guide you on where to get it or provide a prescription urgently if appropriate. – STD Prevention Counseling: Want to know how to stay safe? We’re happy to discuss and educate on safe sex practices, condom use, vaccines (like HPV vaccine), and other ways to reduce risk. Knowledge is power – and we’ll share it without judgment. No question is too awkward. –
Treatment of Common Issues
Have symptoms like vaginal discharge, burning urination, or genital irritation and not sure what it is? Our clinician can evaluate via telehealth and guide testing or empiric treatment for common infections like yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis, urinary tract infections (UTIs), etc., which can sometimes mimic STD symptoms. If something cannot be managed via telehealth, we’ll advise you to see an in-person provider and even help coordinate if needed. – Partner Testing or Couples Screening: We encourage couples to get tested together. It can be a great way to start a healthy relationship. We offer a couples STD screening package – essentially back-to-back appointments for each partner – so you both can get peace of mind. You can even join the telehealth call together if you want to discuss things collectively. – LGBTQ+ Health: We provide an inclusive space for LGBTQ+ clients. Beyond STD services, we can discuss other health concerns specific to LGBTQ+ populations or provide referrals. For example, if you’re a trans individual needing guidance on sexual health in the context of hormone therapy, we’re knowledgeable and here to help. If we can’t directly provide a service, we’ll help you find someone who can. – Referral Network: Should you need services beyond our scope (for instance, HIV specialty care, a Pap smear, a physical exam for a concerning lesion, etc.), we will help connect you with trusted healthcare providers or clinics in your area. We won’t just say “sorry, we can’t help” – we’ll help you find who can help.

All our practices are grounded in up-to-date medical standards. We follow CDC guidelines for testing and treatment. For example, we use recommended antibiotic regimens (no cutting corners), and we participate in public health reporting (certain STDs must be reported to state health departments by law – we handle that confidentially as required, helping track infections and prevent outbreaks).
